I got the hiring information from the career fair of my university and I left my information, then applied online. After about 3 weeks, I received a 15 minutes phone interview.

Question 1
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Why you choose your major?
3. Why you choose Quicken Loans (What you know about Quicken Loans)?
4. What is the biggest challenge you ever met?
5. What do you think of Detroit?
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.

I received a phone call from the human resources representative and she said she wanted to review my resume with me. I called her back and we scheduled a time to talk. She called me right on time and we spoke for a half an hour.
