Interview
The interview consisted of three processes. Including several tasks that you must complete to advance to the next step. The whole interview process took about two weeks. All the recruiters were correct and great.

Why do you want to work at this company? Could you tell me a little about yourself?
Didn't make it that far because it didn't align with work life balance. they require you a minimum of 50-55 hours a week, and it was non-negotiable. makes sense for some, but not myself

Interview
Very thorough but aligned with their vision. I am excited to join a team with experience and passion for helping families succeed with their mortgage needs. I had a total of 4 interviews which were all over the phone and one through Zoom. My position is remote with ability to go into the office but required to do most of my work out in the field.

The Interview was straight forward. They reviewed my resume, asked me questions about it. Then they asked me situational questions about dealing with success and failure in my previous roles.
