I applied online. I interviewed at Rocket (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2023
Interview
Initially contacted for a phone screening , interviewer started training would begin mid May. She asked me to proceed with a 45 minute test. I had to do this test from FedEx office which charged me 55 cents per minute. She contacted me the following week letting me know I passed the test and I did great. She then says they don’t have an official start date that it could be June or later and she left it at that. Not sure why this company is doing ghost interviewing but it’s a complete waste of people’s time.

Asked me tons of questions on the test and timed me on data entry
Didn't make it that far because it didn't align with work life balance. they require you a minimum of 50-55 hours a week, and it was non-negotiable. makes sense for some, but not myself

Very thorough but aligned with their vision. I am excited to join a team with experience and passion for helping families succeed with their mortgage needs. I had a total of 4 interviews which were all over the phone and one through Zoom. My position is remote with ability to go into the office but required to do most of my work out in the field.
