Interview
Easy process with a professional individual! Always punctual and no major hoops to jump through. Was very straight forward in what the job would look like and require even when it would’ve been easy to make it better than it really was

Didn't make it that far because it didn't align with work life balance. they require you a minimum of 50-55 hours a week, and it was non-negotiable. makes sense for some, but not myself

Interview
Very thorough but aligned with their vision. I am excited to join a team with experience and passion for helping families succeed with their mortgage needs. I had a total of 4 interviews which were all over the phone and one through Zoom. My position is remote with ability to go into the office but required to do most of my work out in the field.
