Applied online. Received a phone call about a week later for a quick phone screen. Honestly not sure how the phone screen helped out. The recruiter who called sounded like a computer. He spent more time explaining how quickens work environment was made to focus on a positive work environment.
It is a very Straightforward interview process from my experience. First a Phone Screen, then an interview with a few Senior Leaders of the team, then an interview with the Hiring Manager and the team.
