Skills test, Phone interview, Group Interview .. Then Hired. Recruiter and Interviewer were very friendly and knowledgeable.The test was easy, you were graded on typing speed. The recruiter explained your position clearly. There was a credit check. Which is no surprise because this is a Mortgage company.
