Interview
I got referred into the company by someone who got an interview from a job fair. They call to verify a few things. It is like an initial screening. Then they will set up an appointment for you to come interview in person. You will have to make a "sales call" to see how you can talk to people on the phone. It is made for you to fail so don't freak out about it. After the first interview you will interview with a director. They just want to know that you can handle things like long hours and multi tasking. They basically ask why they should hire you and you have to convince them.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
