I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2015
Interview
There was one phone interview in which the most typical questions were asked, such as "Tell us about a time you've made a mistake" and such. The in-person interview was a bit more relaxed, and meant to gauge whether they would like working with you.
2 rounds:
- One with the recruiter pretty straight forward. Go into past work expirences. - 1 hour interview with the team you would possibly work with during the internship

Interview
Very standard interview. Two interviewers, asked standard questions like why Rocket. Use STAR format to answer to be successful. Also try to be friendly and be interpersonal if you can.

Interview
Pretty simple, phone screening and then Zoom interview with member of your team and your manager/leader. All behavioral with typical "tell me about yourself" style questions, make sure to research some of the "isms" before hand if you really want to make it look like you're prepared
Interview questions [1]
