3 Interviews (1-phone, 2-in person). I was first contacted by a recruiter, who was very pleasant. She spoke to me about having received my resume and application. She then asked me a few questions about why I was interested in the mortgage banking role. Then we talked more about the position but very general. Then she offered for me to come in for a 1:1 interview. My recruiter was phenomenal, she asked behavioral questions that helped see if I was a good fit for the company. The 1:1 that my recruiter and I had was not an easy interview, it was thorough and informative. She was willing to answer questions and helped me get a better understanding of the position. The final interview I had was with a director of mortgage banking. It was not very long, we talked about past experience.
