The interview went very smooth, make sure you get there with enough time to park!! Anyways, everyone seems on top of what they are doing. during the interview you can tell the recruiter does hundreds of these interviews and feels worn-out. i was raddled off many questions in a repetitive fashion. Just like any interview your goal is to stand out! Also met with the director, for a interview, once again make sure you stand out! The company has a great idea of focusing on hiring veterans and it is definitely paying off for them Veterans are hard working and use to long hours, you will definitely be doing that here. if you apply be serious about putting hard work in. The type of work that you will be doing for people is important and life changing for them. You need to always bring your best or you will not make it.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
