Very straight forward for this entry level Loan Analyst position in Underwriting. Started with HR screen and the expected questions. Moved to team lead, then select colleagues. The process moved quickly and efficiently. Offer was made verbally, then followed up by email to confirm the details.

Two interviews. One with recruiter/Human Resources, and the other interview with department manager. Interview were maybe 30 minutes long. Very laid back interview not intense at all.
