Hiring manager was 10 min late to 30 min video interview and was rushed and not involved, she had a hard stop so interview lasted only 20 min. Then I was ghosted for 4 weeks with recruiter not responding to my e-mails. Not sure how lower lever positions are treated if this was for a Sr. Director, Finance role.
