I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI)
Interview
Got referred by a friend. Within a couple weeks received a phone call from a recruiter. She was very nice and informative. Set up a phone interview. Next step was I came in and met with her for an in person. I think it went really well we talked a lot about the company and even personal things. Next I came in for a mock sales call which didn't go to well but not terrible. After that I met with a director who I feel was the complete opposite of the recruiter. Very intimidating and serious. He grilled me pretty hard. Told me to wait a few days for word on if I got the position, but after that last interview I'm skeptical. Still waiting to hear back.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you convinced someone to do what they didn’t want to do?
Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
