I applied December 10th originally as an "Ambassador" for Quicken Loans. The next day I recieved ( and missed ) a phone call from a recruiter. After a couple of days of playing phone tag I finally spoke to him personally. He asked basic questions about my previous jobs etc. He then asked me if I would also be interested in a position as an intern and I said yes. Well the next day he called and told me while they went with another candidate for the Ambassador position he would like to still recommend me to the intern recruiting team. Fast forward I had another phone interview with a different recruiter and I just didn't think I performed well, I was really nervous and talked in circles. About a week later I was offered a position. just be yourself. They like to make sure each candidate is placed in the perfect position.
