It went really well. Everyone was extremely professional and kind and they helped me along every step. The background check took forever but other than that it was smooth. I thought my recruiter was extremely helpful.

Didn't make it that far because it didn't align with work life balance. they require you a minimum of 50-55 hours a week, and it was non-negotiable. makes sense for some, but not myself

Very thorough but aligned with their vision. I am excited to join a team with experience and passion for helping families succeed with their mortgage needs. I had a total of 4 interviews which were all over the phone and one through Zoom. My position is remote with ability to go into the office but required to do most of my work out in the field.
