I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2013
Interview
It was about a 4 month process, mainly the recruiter calling me until I would agree to come to meet them in person. 1 phone interview, 2 physical interviews. It seemed like as long as you had the drive to work the long shifts they would require, they wanted every person that could use a computer and phone.

Question 1
Sell them something on the first phone call. They asked a lot about previous experiences and focused on scenario based questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was brought in for two interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter who knew very little about Mortgage Banking. She conducted a mock sales call where I had to convince her to subscribe to an online service. The second interview was with a Director of Mortgage Banking. He wanted to get a feel for my personality more than anything and cared less about my work history.
