Interview
The hiring and interview process was all by phone. However, I want to call attention to one thing: They're discriminatory. I interviewed and received a job offer back in May 2014. I am a military veteran, and was in training at the time, so the recruiter knew I would have issues in completing the background check form due to a lack of internet. They gave me a job offer, and then revoked it later, claiming for "social media" reasons. I only have a LinkedIn profile and I'm not active on it, however I am African-American and my face is on my LinkedIn profile.
I would apply a year and a half later, and go through the interview process again, only to be redenied for similar reasons in my applicant file. I'm considering legal action against QL for their discriminatory hiring practices.
In a nutshell, Quicken Loans discriminates against African American Veterans. Don't waste your time with this company
2 rounds:
- One with the recruiter pretty straight forward. Go into past work expirences. - 1 hour interview with the team you would possibly work with during the internship

Interview
Very standard interview. Two interviewers, asked standard questions like why Rocket. Use STAR format to answer to be successful. Also try to be friendly and be interpersonal if you can.

Interview
Pretty simple, phone screening and then Zoom interview with member of your team and your manager/leader. All behavioral with typical "tell me about yourself" style questions, make sure to research some of the "isms" before hand if you really want to make it look like you're prepared
