The first step was a phone screen with one of the recruiters, where they asked the standard questions. There was emphasis on experience with full lifecycle recruiting. The next step was a take-home sourcing exercise.

You get to shadow an employee which is great! You are interviewed by quite a few team members, leaders, and possibly direct. Very straightforward and they give you a tour of the floor which is nice.
