Interview
Brief interview with a recruiter asking why you would be good for the job, also a mock phone call to determine if you can sell on the phone. A second interview will be done with some leaders in the company which basically consists of similar questions to the first. I was called and offered the job the very next morning after my second interview.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
