I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
A "panel" interview with over 20 people in a small conference room with interviewers in the front, back and all around me for almost 2 hours. Relatively professional and wide range of questions. I think I did well as I actually had done the stuff they were looking for. Some of the interviewers seem to harp on certain words I had said over 2 hours of continuous questioning and not on the overall ideas I talked about. I was never asked if I required a break or a glass of water. Felt that they valued their time more than my time/effort.
They followed-up again after a week to ask a couple of questions about the harp-words. I had lost interest by then and politely asked them if they could move beyond that. They took it as offensive (I think) and told the recruiter that I was not honest and seem to give them conflicting answers between the 2 interviews (2 hour onsite & 8 min followup on phone).
My feedback to them: Please respect the interviewees time and effort. Look at the big picture and overall ideas expressed & background. You are not involved in changing the world, but only selling finance products. Pause before questioning anyone's honesty.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview. The interviewer seemed nice and was quite neutral, so I was not able to tell whether she was "liking" my answers or not. However, it was challenging for me to answer some of her situational questions, especially the questions about scenarios have had not dealt with before.
