Interview:
Email screening with HR contact about 3 weeks after I applied. Was asked why I wanted to work here, what I knew of ERP and the company, my work experience and education, and generic availability.
Invited to an online meeting with two engineers in New Zealand (30 min). Mostly reiterating the same questions from the email screening with an emphasis on whether I could handle stress/pressure, as well as tight deadlines and being available whenever needed.
Onsite interview and tour of the facilities with two members of the ERP team (90 min). Similar questions to the previous two and more behavioral questions such as handling difficult clients.
Online interview with Global IT Director but emailed described him as an HR Manager (30 min). This interview seemed very focused on probing questions about my experience/education. He did ask some technical questions. Interviewer seemed to really want textbook answers and the use of technical jargon/vocab. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, as his questions were more reactionary to what I was saying. Received a generic rejection email a couple of days later.
