Horrible. I was called by a recruiter months after I submitted my resume and had a brief chat. We then attempted to organise a technical interview with the hiring manager. Twice we scheduled a time and the hiring manager did not call. After the second time I waited a week for a response to reschedule. I withdrew my application after this.
