The interview process was very long. It took almost two months with interviews spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart. It started off with the recruiter then through the entire team. The CEO was aloof and typing the entire time he was supposed to interview and then cut the interview short.

Interview
I met with the Hiring Manager for a behavioral based interview and was pretty conversational. Next I met with the Director of the org and was asked some questions around, 'why do I want to work at the company?', etc., very informal.
Don't waist your time by interviewing with this company ! They have no idea what they are looking for.
TWO MONTHS AGO : I interviewed with Rocket Lawyer a couple of months ago. I was interviewed by the recruiter and Hiring Manager. My interview went well and I was told that the recruiter will be circling back with next steps.

- Follow - up 1: I followed up with the recruiter few days after the interview to check about the next steps : No response

- Follow up - 4 : Frustrated, I told them that the least they can do for interviewees is provide them feedback or respond to their emails

AFTER 2 MONTHS (RECENT) The recruiter reach out to me again and said their requirements have changed and they would like to re-consider my candidacy

The interviewer spent 26 mins asking about my experience. Last 4 mins when I asked about my questions, here is what I got:
I asked them about the JD and how it has changed from the last time I interviewed : I don't know, we are still exploring that.
What are the next steps : I can't provide an answer for that, the recruiter will let you know.
They interviewed me for 30 mins and did not answer a single question I had for them ! The interviewer had no idea what they were looking for ! I never heard back from the company since.
