I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket Lawyer (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Sent in an application and then went through 3 interview rounds that all went well. However, I didn't hear back from the company at all despite being told I was likely to get the position and delayed accepting another position because of it. Even if I did not get the position, it was extremely unprofessional to 'ghost' me after wasting my time and reflects very poorly on the company.
The interview process was really representative of the company. Every stage of the interview process introduced me to another member of my potential team and provided further insight into Rocket Lawyer as a company.
Applied online and was contacted pretty quickly.
When I was contacted I was expected to complete an exercise (research + answer to a question) before I even had an initial call with HR or had any basic information about the salary or interview process, which is very unusual.
Salary is also tragically below market value for what they want in a full-time, London-based employee (£27,500).
