I found it strange that I kept applying for the same position with the same job description over and over again, as it seemed they were reposting the opening for weeks. In my entire career, I've never encountered a company and job description that aligned so perfectly with my experiences, education, and skills. They liked my resume and invited me for a screening interview with the recruiter. However, that was as far as I got. Nothing went particularly wrong, and they didn't evaluate my technical knowledge. I simply received an automated email with no feedback, reasoning, or any useful information at all. This seems pretty standard for this kind of company, but it was still a negative experience, especially considering that I was 150% qualified for what they were asking for.
