Interview
First two interviews went great. Had one with Cynthia (recruiter), and then John (VP of Finance). BOTH had asked questions pertaining directly to the job description, were respectable and honest with everything. Things went so well with John that after being told it could take up to two weeks to hear back on next steps, I was contacted within 90 minutes to set up my third interview with Deborah (Chief Growth Officer). This is where things went south.. She started out asking me to give an overview of my history - fine, but then she started asking questions - ALL data related, but you need data to answer specifics to questions.
The first question was "How would you know how much to invest into a customer to get them to purchase addons?" My answer was straight forward in saying it depends on the data, but I would obvserve xyz metrics and make decisions from there. Her response "thats not an answer, I want to know how much!" - to which I stated that I couldn't give a specific without the data. This is the CGO asking for specifics without any context given and was just ONE of many questions that needed data to answer but wanted specifics to it. She was rude and undermining in her questioning.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket Lawyer in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening, two individual interviews with superior team members, and a third panel interview specifically focused on the DNA principles of Rocket Lawyer. The entire process was efficient and took around 2.5 weeks. I quickly heard responses while communicating with HR. There was minor disconnect about compensation discussed during the phone screening and the offer process.
