The recruitment process of RL has a lot of steps, I participated in 7. 1- Quick call with recruiter about your background and experience; 2- Java coding test (50min to 1h15); 3- 30min call with hiring manager; 4- 1 hour live coding (algorithm); 5- 1 hour live coding (web programming); 6- 1 hour technical interview; 7- 30min behavior/team fit interview. Overall the process is not that difficult, I didn't pass but I haven't been practicing algorithm for some time. The algorithm interview is a leetcode like exercise about selecting empty seats on a plane. The web programming is about settings value on a template using strings. Tech interview you need to prepare and present a diagram of a previous project you have worked. Even being that long, I enjoyed participating, people were always nice and tried to help me solve the problems.
