Interview
Pretty basic behavioral interview, but an emphasis on company culture and how you would fit in. It was a very quick turnaround after application and setting up the phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rocket in Sep 2015
Interview
I received an unannounced telephone interview on a Monday at 10:00 in the morning, while I was in the middle of handling a few fairly urgent issues in my current job. (Note to all: If they catch you at a bad time, just state that you can't talk at the moment and try to *schedule* something. This practice of cold-calling is rude.) I was asked questions that were clearly answered on my submitted CV, which I'm doubting whether the interviewer had even read. In addition, the individual interviewing me did not seem to know anything about the position to which I was applying other than what was listed on the website. I asked about the structure of the department and received no answer. I asked more about the areas of law they were looking for and received no further information. I threw the interview - it was a bad fit for me.
