Rocket Technical Recruiter interview questions

I went Through the initial screen and was given a technical assessment After spending about 4 hours completing and perfecting a technical assessment, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter. I followed Up 4 separate times and was never given a response. I understand That the team may have decided not to move forward with my application, but the idea that you ask candidates to complete homework (which consisted of sourcing applicants for CURRENT rocketmoney openings btw), and then not even give them the decency of sending an automated email letting them know they are not in the running is beyond disrespectful and rude. They asked for free labor, and then went radio silent. If this is how they recruit, I’m sure it’s a reflection of the overall work culture. Stay away
