Interview
They don't even have a proper process. Their email says they'll get back with a response in 2-3 business days but take 3-4 weeks to send a response. The interview process is not direct and is not focused on the role you've applied for. Rather they're more interested in digging your personal and past experience which is totally unnecessary for an intern position. The HR team needs improvement with their process and must have clarity if they are really planning to hire.
