Applied and received a request to complete an interview online using a video program within a week of getting it. Was not with another person, but with yourself facing your computer where you are video recorded answering the questions they provide on the screen, one by one. You are limited by time, and it's kind of awkward/ difficult to keep track of how much you have left and answer at the same time. Not a great way to capture who a person is, in my opinion. Try to keep a positive look/ smile, look at the camera and not yourself, and keep your energy up. I didn't two times on two separate occasions, and now I've learned what not to do for any future opportunities.
