I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rockstar Games in Sep 2014
Interview
It was a video interview and a technical one. There were no personalisation questions for that matter. We had to respond to five technical questions in limited time. Three of them were easy, to check your thinking process during a technical work and the other two were bit difficult.
Although the interview might have been easy for some people but to think up answers on the spot and explain in efficient and concise manner within time limit was tricky.
