I was applying as an internal candidate and had filled out the paperwork for a transfer to either position. After not getting any response from either department I resubmitted the paperwork I was called for a interview for the Care Transition Specialist position. I completed two separate interviews for the position and was told that they would be in touch. I waited several weeks and emailed them twice before getting a response in which I was told they will contact me soon about it. It has been several weeks since then and I have yet to hear from them. More recently I applied for the same position at one of their satellite sights and was given a generic phone screening. I was promptly e-mailed the next day saying that I wasn't selected. I then applied for a separate position (Intake Specialist) at the satellite sight and got a rejection e-mail within 30 minutes of applying. I have always had a good work history at the company and have the necessary background/education so I am a little annoyed by how I was just brushed aside and not even given any consideration for the second position.
