I applied online though the company's website. Even though they have you upload a resume, you still end up filling in all the information that would be on the resume anyways. It was a little bit frustrating on that end. After I submitted my application, I was emailed and asked to call a number for a phone interview. I never once was talked to, or even contacted by an actual person. The "phone interview" was a glorified voicemail. They had a set of pre-recorded questions, and then I answered, and basically left my responses as a voicemail. After the interview was completed, I was sent a link to take a survey about the phone interview. The link did not work, and there was no contact information available for me to even let anyone know. Finally, I received an automated email telling me I did not get the job. There was no other contact information that I could reach out to someone and talk to them. Very disappointed in the process.

Explain a time when you had to work though a conflict. How did it go? What did you do?
Very easy to go through. Its 2- step. First is a recruiter second is your direct supervisor. They give you a set time to which they get back to you and usually get back to you right on time if not earlier.

Interview
After a week of completing my application, I received a phone call for an in person interview. During the interview the position, the hours, the training was all explained. The interviewer asked questions about my previous jobs and a couple of scenario questions. As the interview came to a close the interviewer told me it would take a week or two to do the background checks. After two weeks I got a call from HR with the employment offer that was not attractive at all.
