I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rogers Behavioral Health (Oconomowoc, WI) in Jul 2022
Interview
Relatively in-depth interview process where you are asked general questions about how you have dealt with situations in the past. This interview makes it seem as though the company is professional but, on the patient, facing side it is anything but professional.
Standard questions, talked with recruiter prior to interviewing. Discussed availability and interests. Interview took place over Zoom due to COVID. I believe interviews are all in person now. Good luck

We had a casual, inclusive conversation. We discussed the process and protocols and the interviewer informed me that it would not be a walk in the park and that it wasn't going to be a piece of cake. Thanks for being realistic and not sugar coating what it would be like to work with mentally challenged individuals.
