Klassisches deutsches Unternehmen. Die Vorstellungsgespräch war such genau do geschehen. Es gab einige Red Flags meinerseits.
Während der Vorstellungsgespräch HR hat mir technische Fragen über meine CV gestellt. Währenddessen hat der Abteilungsleiter aber einfach so geschaut ohne Emotion im Gesicht. Er hat später die gleiche Fragen wiederholt. Es war insgesamt nicht viel nachgedacht und war nicht wirklich informativ meinerseits. Die Interviewern waren super defensiv auf einige Fragen.
