I applied online. Contacted a week later for a phone interview. Was very smooth, and then was invited for an onsite interview where I met the department manager and HR representatives. It went well, and 2 weeks later, I received an offer.
Pretty much worst interview experience I have ever come across! I was first invited over phone for an interview four weeks after my application. A confirmation email was suppose to follow, but it never arrived at my side. Instead the interview was cancelled after two days because the position was filled internally.
