Interview
1st round - had to prepare brief PowerPoint introduction of myself. Met with the person leaving the position as well as the cross functional indirect report manager. Was tested on technical knowledge as well as Chinese language skills.
2nd round - role playing, tested in more detail on technical expertise with subject matter expert (senior mgr) residing.

Interview scheduled urgently, No-show by the interviewer (a senior official) with no communication or apology provided. The interview was 'later' cancelled without explanation, and follow-up messages were ignored. The entire experience reflected a complete lack of professionalism, accountability and basic courtesy toward candidates.
Great, pleasant, short and sweet. Knowledgeable interviewers with relevant questions. They know what candidate they are looking for and i kinda like the culture they work. Nothing negative in the interview

Hiring manager and HR were kind and polite. A pleasant process and learn a lot from the interviewers. Interviewers know what competencies they are looking for and always asked the relevant questions.
