Very structured. Broken into 3 parts. First parts is very general where they try to understand your personality and see if your behavior and character fits the company. The second part is the technical interview and the questions are very related to the job they publish. Upon successful completion of the second interview, the third is the HR interview. This is when they will understand your needs and package your offer.
