Application process last three weeks for the position in Munich Office. The first interview went extremely well (I have been asked if I had other pending application and desired salary ) and I was with enthusiasm invited for a second 1.5 hour interview at the company, which to me seemed a new first interview and I had since the beginning the feeling that the enthusiasm was off their part. Then I had no news from them anymore, even if I have been told I would have news the week after. Later I asked a detailed feedback to the HR Manager and he told me that I should not be expecting it, as many companies deny without saying anything. Totally rude and out of control. Typically german company which is international just in appearance and not in the facts and approach.
