I will say be prepared to have curveballs thrown at you. I was under the impression that the hiring manager was going to be there in person, when he happened to be virtually present, in all honesty not that big of a deal, but still was able to slightly throw me off. In regard to questions, things were asked that weren't in the job description, another slight curveball. I think the biggest slap in the face, and the moment I should have got up and probably saw myself out, was when one of the interviewers was texting during the interview. How am I supposed to recover from that one? If by chance I was offered a role, I think on that alone I would have rejected it.
