The interviewer was very detail in asking questions. He explore on my current position, capability and brief on the roles & company expectation. He questioning on my period of services with my previous company, and he mentioned that German management style demands on employee loyalty. He was straight to the point, positive and provide clear info on the job descriptions. It was a 2 way communications, and he was very good in his field. After went home, the HR mentioned they will process and contact me for the outcome in 2 weeks time. Until now, no reply from them.
