Rohrman Automotive Group Sales Associate interview questions

Walk in, asked for a job, told me to go training right away. There was no interveiw. Training involved going to Rohrman University. Which was actually helpful and professional. The People I met all where excited to start, and negotiated which brand to sell. managers from each store would get updates about the group of applicants about potential. Whoever was top would get offers from the different stores, so on and so forth.
