Interview
Was never asked to complete the pre-interview test. Had a lovely but very surface level phone screen and was not invited to continue. The interview was mostly one sided, explaining my experience and the recruiter could answer little of my questions about the role.

A recruiter reached out, the call went well and I was set up for a portfolio review with the team. I did not make it to the next round but they gave me indepth feedback which I really appreciated.
Interview process can be lengthy - consisting of behavioral, technical, portfolio review, and a design exercise. It can be an exhausting process but generally the people are extremely pleasant and understanding.
