Initial screening is a bunch of IQ-type questions. They give you 50 of them in 15 minutes and consist of pattern recognition, word placements, math, etc. As well, they have questions that ask about your personality
i got an email containing automated CCAT aptitude test.
then i got an email saying i have passed and moved to next round of video interview. I am waiting for that currently

Terrible, they gave me this take home project and then gave me no interview and no feedback on why I was rejected, even when asked. They just left my email on read and ignored me.
