      Business Development Interview

      Nov 3, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rollbar (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016

      Interview

I knew an employee at Rollbar and he was able to put me in touch with the person responsible for hiring my position. The initial phone screening was done by my eventual manager (CRO in this case). The second interview was done with the CEO and another round with the CRO. The last interview was with an employee that I would regularly be working with, and a final pass with the CRO. The interview process took about two weeks, but likely would have been faster if I was not traveling between interviews. They were transparent about the process, and responsive by email.
