The interview process was very disorganized. I first had a phone screen with a recruiter. 5 minutes before the interview, she emailed me saying she had to reschedule until later that day. When I did hear from her for the interview, she was very uninterested and the interview felt like she was just reading questions from a script and didn't share any detail about the company or much about the role. I then was set up with an interview with the hiring manager. Once again, this interview had to be rescheduled due to a conflict with their schedule. I went along and had the interview, which went well. After that, I was contacted to do a writing assessment which was very simple and straightforward. Another week passed by and I received an automated rejection email. After having two interviews and investing time into an assignment, you'd think you'd get some feedback rather than an automated message. It seems to be a common thread in the reviews on here that their recruiters aren't so great. I honestly have no idea how the recruiter I had got her job. She was extremely dry and was unable to connect with anything I said - not a great impression for a candidate to first be contacted with someone like that.
