Rollbar Lead Support Engineer interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter. The more I learned about their services/product, the more I became interested. By the end of nearly an hour long call, I was told that I was going to move onto the next round and that they would be scheduling in the next several days. After nearly a week and a half of no response, I follow up with the recruiter politely asking if the role is still available. They reply and say the role has been filled. What started as a transparent experience, ended up being the very opposite. No communication after the first call, not even to inform me that the role was filled.
