No real surprises, the questions were competency based interview questions with a desire to explore my technical knowledge in relation to the role. Recommend that potential candidates bring along work examples as this would help provide evidence to support answers.
Applied online in December. Was invited to an in-person interview in January. The overall process and communication were straightforward. There were 2 interviewers, both of them are engineers. The questions covered behaviour (why us, why this role) and technical (explain how you would design a component, what are the limitations of this design etc).
