Interview
Initial online application form - SHL numerical and logical reasoning tests - assessment centre.
Application and online test practice can be done online. For the assessment centre, mine had about 10-15 people split into two groups. Itinerary for the day was:
-Presentation about yourself followed by interview questions
-Numerical Test (on paper this time)
-Group task, usually working as a team to meet an objective.
-Written exercise
-Technical interview. This is a chance to talk about your technical knowledge i.e. stuff you've covered at uni and related work experience.
Not necessarily in the above order and lunch is provided.
Staff try and make you feel at home and from my perspective, RR is certainly a company that cares for its workers.

Interview
It was a fully day experience with multiple individual interviews, group discussions with current employees at various levels and a group activity/competition at the end. Overall it was a very good experience, and I leared a lot about the company and the work culture while I was there. We were also taken around the Roll Royce civil aerospace engine museum, which was part of the building where the interviews were taking place.
